Confidentiality Policy

Last updated August 9, 2026

This policy applies to every document in this library marked restricted (the ones that sit behind a password rather than in the public list). It's the agreement you're making each time you unlock one.

Who restricted documents are for

Restricted documents are shared only with individuals Atria has specifically authorized, in writing, to see them. Having a password does not by itself mean you're authorized to redistribute it. It means Atria gave you access, for your own use.

What you're agreeing to

By entering a password to unlock a restricted document, you confirm that:

  • You are the person Atria authorized to receive this specific document, or you are otherwise explicitly authorized by Atria in writing to view it.
  • You will not forward, copy, publish, post, or otherwise share the document (or its contents) with anyone who hasn't been separately authorized by Atria, in any form (including screenshots, excerpts, or summaries of confidential material).
  • You understand that your name, IP address, browser information, and the time of access are recorded each time you unlock this document (see our privacy policy).
  • You understand that any copy of the document made available to you, whether viewed in your browser or downloaded, is watermarked with your name and the words "Atria Confidential," specifically so that any copy found outside this authorized circle can be traced back to how it was shared.
  • You understand your password may have a limited number of uses or a time limit on how long you can view the document after entering it, and that a document is shown in a protected viewer with no download button and printing disabled.

Why we watermark and log access

Some of what Atria works on is sensitive by nature. Watermarking and access logging aren't about making these documents harder to read. They exist to deter casual re-sharing and to give us a way to understand how a document ended up somewhere it shouldn't have, if that ever happens.

If this policy is violated

Atria may revoke a password's access at any time, without notice, if we believe it's been shared or used outside the terms above. Depending on the sensitivity of the material involved, further action may follow.

Requesting authorization

If you need to share a restricted document with someone else (a colleague, a collaborator, anyone), ask us first rather than forwarding your own access. Reach out to [email protected].
